What kind of towing and items does SL Towing transport?
We can tow anything that needs to be transported! Our towing services include:

Does SL Towing offer interstate services and go anywhere in Australia?
We will tow anywhere you need us to go! Speak to our team so we can find the best solution for your circumstances.
Am I able to travel in the truck while my car is being towed?
Yes. We can take up to 2 additional passengers in the cabin of the truck.
My car/ute has broken down and I am towing a trailer. Can SL Towing take both?
Yes we can. Our trucks are fitted with tow balls and electric brake controllers to be able to transport the vehicle and also the trailer.
Is my car insured whilst being transported by SL Towing?
Yes – We are fully insured everything we transport.
My car has been in an accident and my insurance company has sent you. What happens now?
After SL Towing receives the job details and location from your insurance company, the Towing Operator will have a chat with you on the next steps of the process, and what you need to do. If your vehicle is to be stored, our warehouse is located at Unit 3/26 Raws Cres, Hume ACT.
Payments
How much is it going to cost to tow my car?
The cost to tow your vehicle depends on a number of elements. When you call the SL Towing team they will ask you these questions to be able to give you the best quote to tow your car:
How do I pay for my towing or transport job?
We accept payment via EFT (Debit, Visa or Mastercard), as well as cash payments at the time of booking the job, pick up, or on delivery.
Let the SL Towing team know when you arrange the tow on your preferred payment option. For our commercial customers – please discuss with the SL Towing team on invoicing and account arrangements.
Is there a surcharge for Credit Card payments? Do you have EPTOS facilities on board? Do you accept Cash and will the price change for cash?
No there is no surcharge for using a Credit Card and all our trucks have EFT facilities on board. And yes we do accept cash, but the price won’t change if you would like to pay by cash.
General
Is your warehouse secured and is my car safe?
Our warehouse is FULLY secured with 24/7 CCTV camera’s, and with access to be prior arranged through the SL Towing team. Your vehicle is placed safely inside the warehouse and stored appropriately to the condition of the vehicle.
